Ashtanga Yoga Beginner Series
This six week series will introduce you to the Ashtanga yoga practice bit by bit. Practicing in the tradition of the Ashtanga Yoga System will help you to detoxify muscles and organs, improve circulation, and create a calm, steady mind. In this class, we learn to approach the practice with lightheartedness and ease. You will discover the power of putting your focus on breath and bandhas. We will discuss modifications, adjustments, transitions, and advanced options as we go! This series will begin Saturday March 6 and end April 10. We will meet from 12-2 via zoom.
